An intelligent document classification engine automatically gives the right users access to the documents they need. The same document can be found in multiple intuitive locations and can easily be customized for each organization’s specific needs.
 

Version control for each document is automatic. Using Check Out / Check In functionality, each version of a document is available if needed along with the information of who made the change, when the change was made, and what the change was.
 

The Joprix Enterprise Portal maintains any type of documents that you want to include.  In addition to maintaining a repository of your physical documents, the Joprix Enterprise Portal also allows you to include any web page or document available on the Internet. Having both your physical documents and Internet content readily available makes for a powerful solution for your business to increase effectiveness and productivity.
 

As each document is added to the Joprix Enterprise Portal, it is automatically copied into PDF format so that a view only version can be presented to users that do not have privileges, do not need to, or simply do not have the correct software on their local computer to access the document in its original format.
 

Receive email subscription notifications for any document or folder that is added or updated.
 

Dashboard tools and Audit reporting show who is adding documents, who is accessing documents, when the documents where updated/added, which project the changes are associated with. Reports also detail the frequency each document is being accessed. Which are most frequently used, which are infrequently or never used, and allows you to adjust the method that the end users access documents to improve their access potential.
